Goal Race:
Training Teams:
10K: for runners who can run or walk/run 3-miles.
Half Marathon Walk/Run (HI): for runners who can walk/run 6-miles.
Half Marathon (H): For runners who can comfortably run 6-miles.
Half Marathon Advanced (HA): For runners who have run a Half Marathon. The HA schedule has additional mileage/speed work.
Flexible training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Saturday 6:15am & Tuesday 6:15pm.
We train at McAllister Park, LBJ Park, near the Zoo, along the Riverwalk and on the paved trails of Leon Creek & Salado Creek Greenways.
