Join the Run for The Roses 5K Run/Walk to promote Health and Wellness on our campus and in our Community. The race is part of an initiative by The Mayor's Fitness Council to encourage awareness of healthy living to transform San Antonio into a healthier, more active community. The Race will be run in honor of Mrs. Alice M. Rosa who was a well respected member of The Atonement Academy Community who passed away from a lost battle with Breast Cancer. The run will provide many opportunities for the school as it will encourage fitness and healthy nutrition for our school and parish community, raise awareness of Breast Cancer and other health issues, and lastly, serve as a resource for Scholarship for students to attend our school.
The Atonement Academy was started in August of 1994. We are a small 2A Private Catholic School located in San Antonio, TX. We are recognized as a National Blue Ribbon school of Excellence. We have approximately 450 students in grades PreK - 12th Grade. We are also associated with Our Lady of Atonement Catholic Church. Our school’s primary focus is on the formation of a child’s intellect and character by emphasizing a classical education.
